CHILEAN ROSE TARANTULA Grammostola rosea This specimen is found in Northern Chile, mostly in the desert and scrubland and is terrestrial. Even though the females can grow up to 5" long, they are very docile and calm and are more likely to run away or flick hairs than to bite.
