ARCTIC TERN (Juvenile) Sterna paridisaea Taken on the National Trust's Farne Islands in Northumberland and I had to endure the constant pecking from this young's protective parents. This species migrates to Antarctic in winter, returning north in spring; widespread in the Arctic in summer.
